In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Our apartment is a good starting point for visits to the Olympic Stadium, the Waldbühne or Messe-Berlin. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace and a terrace. The U-Bahn and buses (e.g. U2 or M45) are a 5-minute walk (U-Ruhleben and U-Olympiastadion). Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. A wooded nature reserve and a small lake invite you to take walks in the area.

Living in an apartment for 1 - 2 people overlooking the treetops in a quiet, green location in Berlin-Charlottenburg, 1-minute walk from the S 3 and S 9. Designed by the Berlin architects Grüntuch-Ernst, the apartment building was newly opened in 2023 and offers 8 flats of different sizes ranging from 32 to 246 square metres.
