2 min to the lake promenade, 3 min to Starnberg train station: from here every 20 minutes S-Bahn and once/h the train, which is in 20 minutes in Munich main train station. But the apartment itself also has it: it is flooded with light and offers enough space for a pleasant feeling of living. It is modern and with oak wood parquet. It has two balconies and a terrace furniture to linger with lake views. Towels and a hair dryer are available in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out into a sofa bed on which 2 children or an adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, comfortable folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and in the other direction to the mountains. It is approx. 10 minutes' walk.
