You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.
