The ideal accommodation for quiet nights in the countryside and ideal transport connections can be found in the basement loft of our cosy, family villa. A fully equipped kitchenette, an open rain shower and the parking space in front of the door offer all modern comforts. The S-Bahn lines S1 and S7, which are within walking distance, have excellent transport connections to the trade fair (15min), to the city west(20min) and east (30min), to Potsdam (15min) and to all public transport day/night.

Brand-new one-bedroom apartment, tastefully furnished with private terrace. Close to amenities and public transport. Ideally located between Berlin and Potsdam. Bedroom with large double bed, comfy mattress, ample wardrobe space and access to your private secluded terrace. Living room with comfy L-shaped sofa, which converts to another double bed, TV and DVD player as well as eating space to seat four. Open-plan kitchen, well equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher.

Quiet and cozy apartment with fireplace & terrace

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. The detached newly renovated vacation home (approx. 75 square meters) with private garden and 2 terraces is located only 10 km from Berlin and Potsdam. By car, the highway can be reached in a few minutes and is a perfect starting point for activities around Berlin and Potsdam. Enjoy the tranquility and greenery of the surroundings in the vacation home. Gastronomy and sights of Stahnsdorf are within walking distance. Ideal for families, business travelers, couples and long stays.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Quiet granny apartment in designer house with terrace

The two rooms, 17 and 18 sqm with private entrance and private bathroom are very quiet, windows and terrace directly overlook a nature reserve. To the city border and bus stop it is 5 minutes. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.

Quiet studio - quick to get to Berlin by public transport

Bright, friendly and quiet studio and extra bedroom with private terrace in a large garden. Ideally suited as a base for trips to Berlin and Potsdam. The train, bus and airport bus to BER are only about 350 meters away on foot. With the local transport ticket ABC, you can reach Potsdamer Platz in 13 minutes and Berlin Central Station in 16 minutes by train. Parking is available close to the property. Aldi is about 300 meters away.

Bungalow, quietly located between Berlin and Potsdam

Between Berlin and Potsdam lies the small, simple bungalow cottage, right next to our house on a large property. The accommodation is simply furnished and offers a bedroom (double bed), a kitchenette (stove, sink, coffee), small bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) as well as other sleeping options on a couch (1.20 cm wide) downstairs on the first floor. Small but fine, this well-kept apartment with about 40 square meters is near Schlachtensee in Zehlendorf. It is located in the basement and is fully equipped. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A private shower room as well as a spacious wardrobe are also available. Parking is available in front of the house. A dip in the Schlachtensee is within walking distance.
