This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

And by car you can reach the Messe Berlin-area in 15 minutes. The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka-supermarket, ALDI, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, stationery store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). For 2 guests the price is a little bit higher.

The apartment is quietly situated at the rear of a period building, on the 4th and 5th floors. Facing south, it enjoys sunshine from morning until evening throughout the year. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with everything a hobby chef could wish for.

Willkommen in unsere liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichteten ruhigen Souterrainwohnung (ca. 60 m²). Kino, Bioladen, Supermärkte und Bushaltestelle sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich saniert. Möbel, Küche, Boden, Heizungen, Waschmaschine und Matratzen/Bett sind neu. Der Wohn/Essbereich ist offen gestaltet und kann mit einem durchgehenden weißen Vorhang vom Schlafbereich abgetrennt. Die Wohnung ist eventuell für sehr große Menschen nicht geeignet, da die Decke niedrig ist.

Ideal for families, business travelers, couples and long stays.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

We rent a two-story, plus basement, complete apartment in the music district in Teltow. The apartment is about 81 sqm, very bright and friendly, parking is on the property and also on the street. A large terrace facing south can be reached directly through the living room. Transport connections to Berlin are within walking distance in about 15 to 20 minutes, shopping facilities are several in the vicinity. Please read the house rules.

Bungalow, quietly located between Berlin and Potsdam

Between Berlin and Potsdam lies the small, simple bungalow cottage, right next to our house on a large property. The accommodation is simply furnished and offers a bedroom (double bed), a kitchenette (stove, sink, coffee), small bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) as well as other sleeping options on a couch (1.20 cm wide) downstairs on the first floor.
