The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. From the terrace you're looking at beautiful vineyards and from the panoramic swing, located in the slope behind the house, you can even see the the river rhine. By foot you reach the river in 5 minutes. The legendary loreley rock is just 5 km away. Hiking trails like the Rheinsteig and Jakobsweg start in front of your door. Enjoy your stay

In the rugged Upper Westerwald, directly on the wild and romantic Holzbach Gorge, where the Holzbach stream has carved its bed into the basalt over the millennia, the days are simply different. Longer, more eventful, more relaxing. Feel at home here and experience a special place to recharge your batteries, strength, and inspiration. A fire pit with firewood and a kettle grill are available. Towels and bed linen are provided upon request (for an additional charge).

The open studio apartment in the gatehouse is part of an extended courtyard from the 17th century. century. Old woods and exposed half-timbering are surrounded by rose bushes and a beautiful garden. When furnishing, we placed great emphasis on sustainability. Existing things were rebuilt and reworked. Most of the lights, textiles and pictures come from our studio. This gives the open architecture its special style as well as its friendly and unique character.

Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Spend a nice time with friends, family or as a couple. The accommodation is comfortably equipped and very lovingly furnished. The green courtyard is also great. Pets are welcome upon request. The cozy ambience invites you to linger and is the ideal starting point for excursions. Cheap, separately located accommodation in the converted basement. Height approx. 2.05 m, so not for TALL people) Two separate bedrooms with bed (180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200) TV and seating. The 3rd room offers access to the toilet and bathtub... There is a small kitchenette, with microwave, small oven and 2 induction hotplates for warming up food & preparing small dishes. Cozy and each room has cable TV.
