Centrally located in the historic center. Quiet, and bright. Note: Apt. is on the third floor (no elevator!). The 2 bedrooms are each at the end of the hallway. Well equipped eat-in kitchen. Sights, restaurants, and wine bars are very close. The pier on the Rhine is a few minutes walk away. Parking along the city wall by the highway. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (for 2 people each). In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people.

You'll love the direct view over the rhine and to the castle Rheinfels. The apartment offers a modern, luxurious establishment with all comfort like 2 LCD TVs, 2 walk-in showers and a full equipped new kitchen. The apartment is suitable for couples, single travelers and families.

Sie wohnen schön am Ende einer Anliegerstrasse mit Blick auf den Fluss Lahn. Die Wohnung ist geräumige 70 Quadratmeter groß und liegt im Erdgeschoss. Sie ist über wenige Treppenstufen zu erreichen. Sehr schön ist auch die windgeschützte Terrasse mit Blick in‘s Grüne. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Unterstellmöglichkeit mit Stromanschluß zum Laden Ihrer E-bikes ist vorhanden. Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Auch Haustiere können nicht mitgebracht werden.

Our modern apartment has a very central location. In a few minutes you can reach the city center or even shops of daily needs as well as the train station. The apartment has about 90m² of a kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with rain shower and freestanding bathtub. The garden invites you to sunbathe and relax. The fireplace is out of service, but it is nice and warm due to the underfloor heating.

This apartment can accommodate a family with 1-3 children. There is 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), 1 bunk bed (80 x 200 cm), 1 single bed (80 x 200 cm) incl. Bed linen. The bathroom with a shower , hand and shower towels are provided. The kitchenette is well equipped with 2-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave with grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery and glasses. There is free parking at the house. Not suitable for pets.

Grandma's apartment in a new guise: the apartment has been extensively renovated and refurbished. Self-designed furniture meets design classics and selected antiques here. Since I rarely use the apartment myself, it is now available as a holiday home and is fully equipped for it. In winter, the spacious living area provides cosiness, while in summer, the covered balcony and the sunny terrace with an outdoor sleeping area invite you to linger.

The property is located in Koblenz Metternich. The city center is 4.5 km away. Bus stop is out and about. Supermarkets (5 min) , a bank (5 min), a pharmacy (20 sec), the Bundeswehr Central Hospital BWZK (7 min) and the University of Koblenz (2 min) are within walking distance. Parking is available on request right in front of the house. Free also in the side streets.

An open architecture connects the light-flooded kitchen, dinette and living room. A slight elevation separates bath and bedrooms for privacy. A great place if you like a great view over green gardens and the Rhine valley. Very well equipped.
