We welcome you to Villa Rosa! Our Villa Rosa is located at the foot of the Ruppertsklamm directly on the Lahn. We are a house community and there is a lot of life under our roof - 9 people, 3 cats as well as a dog share the grounds. The old mansion was formerly part of the turn-of-the-century factory next door. For a good 10 years, we have been living and working together in the house and look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

The house is surrounded by green and yet close to the city. Unique is the panorama over the Rhine Valley and the city to the German corner. The house is flooded with light. In the living room there is a Steinway grand piano and library. Breakfast in the conservatory or in the terrace in front of the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is extra large and has an en-suite bathroom. In three of the bedrooms, the mattresses are on the floor.
