Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

Casa Natale #3: Your beautiful appartment

In the house of my parents I renovated this 2 room apartment for you in August 2018. Modern, stylish and cosy. The apartment on the first floor has two balconies. The new open kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped. The couch in the living room can also be used as an additional double bed (sofa bed) after consultation. The apartment has an underground parking space (important in case of snowfalls!). The house is very well maintained - only a few steps from the centre of the village.

Ideal stop for the TMB. Located in Viale Monte Bianco, only 100 meters from the center and just 5 minutes by car from the Terme di Pre '-Saint-Didier and Skyway. Apartment with free parking space. There's a bus stop just 80 meters away that takes you directly to the ski resorts and to the Ferret and Veny valleys and Skyway Monte Bianco. Ideal as a stop on the TMB

It is located on the ground floor, with a large balcony overlooking the front lawn and the vegetable garden. We have a dog and a cat. Villeneuve is a town of 1,300 inhabitants, 10 km from Aosta. Located in the central valley, it allows you to quickly reach the valleys of the Gran Paradiso National Park, the city of Aosta, the towns of the Alta Valle, France and Switzerland.

L'Atelier: apartment in typical mountain style, renovation of our Pope's carpentry workshop, where he spent his working days immersed in the scent of wood. Located on the ground floor of the 1800 family home. The apartment accommodates 4 people with 2 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate two more in the double sofa bed in the living room. Spacious living area with kitchenette, dining and living room. Extra bed for children upon request.

The house is located in a small hamlet of the village of Séez, 3 km from the Bourg St Maurice Les Arcs TGV station To get to the resort near the house, a free shuttle takes you either to the Écudets chairlift 2 km away to go up to La Rosière Domaine International France Italy or to Bourg-Saint-Maurice to take the funicular to go up to the Les Arcs resort.

Starting in July 2023, my apartment has an agreement with Qc Terme Pré-Saint-Didier. I will take care of the reservation so that my guests can take advantage of the discount reserved for me.
