Welcome to our dollhouse! The apartment is 35 sq. ft. and has a ceiling height of 6.5 ft., so it is less suitable for tall people. In addition, it has a furnished terrace to enjoy the mild summer nights. Rommelsbach is a quiet suburb of Reutlingen. By city bus, you can quickly get to the city center (approx. 10 minutes). But not only in Reutlingen, but also in the neighboring town you can shop until the credit card glows: The "Outlet City" Metzingen can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The Swabian Alb biosphere reserve also invites you to hike and enjoy nature. We ourselves are an open, nice family with two children, are always ready to give information about the surrounding area and also like to have a chat.

We offer you a bright attic apartment in our three-family house: It is completely renovated and converted into a cozy studio apartment. The apartment is suitable for two people, with a double bed and a sofa bed available. Supermarket, market hall and the city center can be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes. We have a bus stop right outside the front door. The bus is at the main train station in 10-15 minutes. Bicycles can be locked in the garage.

From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.

Our lovingly designed apartment is part of our house built in 2016. The entrance is separate and leads through a beautifully planted atrium. The living climate is very warm and cozy thanks to lots of wooden furniture and the real wood parquet. Mood lighting and underfloor heating invite you to relax and feel comfortable.
