The idea is simple: we rent out beautiful places – and use the income to enable social organisations to use places like these free of charge. Your booking here helps support our Schiffmühle location, where the boathouse and the grounds along the Alte Oder river are regularly open to social groups at no cost. In 2025, around 250 people gathered there for the summer festival of a children's and youth welfare organisation. Your booking is what makes this possible. Thanks for being part of it. This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

This spacious house offers a cozy ambience over 110 m² with 3 bedrooms (the one in the gable roof is an open gallery room!) and 2 bathrooms. Perfect location: In 12 minutes, you can be in Berlin-Spandau, Potsdam; in 30 minutes, you can be on Kurfürstendamm.

The former farmhouse was built in the middle of the 19th century. It is a single-story half-timbered house with a gable roof and is located directly on the idyllic village green with views of the Baroque village church. The 136 square meter living area has two bedrooms, a living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a luxurious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The fireplace room has a sofa bed. The house has an approx. 800 sqm garden that invites you to relax.

This wonderful new 120 m² loft/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (a quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means you can also book a private boat tour of Berlin with me at any time.

Welcome to Storch & Kranich – two spacious apartments in the lovingly converted barn ensemble northeast of Berlin. Together, they can accommodate up to 10 people and are ideal for families and groups of friends. Both apartments are located in the same barn, but are spatially separated – a harmonious connection of proximity and retreat. Perwenitz Künstlerhof

Near Berlin, at the northern end of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, is the residence of the former mill. The two-storey mill building was built around 1890 and used for the production of flour and animal feed until 1994. Today there are artists' studios, gallery rooms and a cafe in this building Our holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m².
