The house contains bedroom, large living room with possibility of workspace, TV, a smaller bathroom with shower and a kitchen with washing machine and dryer. The guest house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood 1.8 km from the city center and train station. Within a mile, IBC, IBA, UC-south, VUC/F, SDU, and Design School are located. Cozy little townhouse

In my little home (68m2) you are close to Kolding!! About 10 min walk from the city center, about 15 min walk from the train station. It takes a few minutes to reach the path along the river, where you can turn right, then it ends at Marina Syd. If you go left through the city, it ends out in the meadows west of Kolding. Kolding has many lovely cafes, retailers. The Nicolaj complex is both for children and adults with, among other things, a cinema where there is an attached restaurant. There's a nice big playground in town.

In the heart of Odense, you will find/In our over 100 year old redstone villa. On the 1st floor (top floor) there is an apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with large bathtub. In addition, there is a 50 sqm roof terrace, overlooking the beautiful Assist Cemetery. The apartment is close to very close to the city and the light rail. We are a family of five living on the ground floor. Our children are 2, 5 and 8 years old. There is access to our garden including trampoline, which we also use ourselves.
