The apartment is bright and modern and located on the first floor of a building with only three apartments in total. It is fully furnished with new furniture and comfortable beds. The apartment includes a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom and is suitable for both short and longer stays. The building is quiet and also home to long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate, especially during the evening and night hours. For bookings of 2 guests, one bedroom is opened by default. You will still have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden. If you would like to use both bedrooms when staying as 2 guests (e.g. father/daughter, friends, or colleagues), this can be arranged for a small additional fee.

The location is perfect, with the forest and countryside close by, while you also have easy access to a large shopping centre, shops and the motorway. Here you get a wonderful combination of calm, nature and cosiness

Necessary service is available as well as microwave and fridge. On the property's 6 ha, occasionally horses go, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest vineyards. There are opportunities for lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping approx. 6 km away; approx. 35 km to Legoland. There is no public transportation to our location.
