Find coziness and tranquility in a 50 m2 bright and nice apartment under the roof in an old abandoned barn. 1 of a total of 2 apartments. Newly renovated in the spring of 2021. 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, full kitchen, and private bathroom. Access to a shared swimming pool. Pure Morten Koch idyll in the countryside, but with only 2.5 km to good shopping, as well as about 10 minutes by car to a fantastic child-friendly sandy beach. Dogs, cats and horses. The owner lives on the property, but in the other wing. Fibernet and full TV package.

Beautiful SMALL apartment of 45 m2 is located in a quiet neighborhood 10 min. walk from Koldinghus, and the city's eateries. 7 km to Trapholt museum and about 45 min to Flensborg. The apartment has a SMALL bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room (140x200 cm), toilet and bath, a dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer, oven and front yard. The apartment is most suitable for 2 people, (sleeps 4) if there are children, look at the pictures to see if it is something you can see yourself in, as it is decorated according to size.
