Our cozy 50 m2 apartment is located in the heart of Gråsten overlooking the castle lake and Gråsten castle. Nearby there is shopping, restaurants, harbor, beach, forest and more. Layout: kitchen living room with room for 4 people and living room with comfortable furniture, TV and good lighting, separate laundry room with washer and dryer for a fee, bedroom with sliding doors to the living room, 1 double bed and a sofa bed, bathroom (shower with shower bench) as well as a private terrace outside the door.

“De neem staj” v/den gamle “smaj”.

“De neem staj” is located at one end, of our lovely old house from 1877 in the town of Kliplev. It is a converted hair salon (73m2) and has in the past been smithy (æ smaj), where horse carriages and shoeed horses were taken care of by the ace. There is an entrance right from the road. Cozy decor, with kitchen and living room in one. Sleeps 4 in 2 rooms. Pets: Max 1 smaller dog allowed, for a fee. (Linens not provided) Home is perfectly located for passing through guests. I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.
