The cozy 18 m² apartment - fully equipped - is located directly on the bike path between Mömlingen and Obernburg in the cozy district of Eisenbach. Butchers and bakers are within walking distance, as are Rewe, Lidl and Co. The apartment is on the ground floor of a 2-story house. Private Internet connection, smart TV, ventilation system and shutters as well as blackout curtains are provided. Coffee and water are always available for the first night upon arrival. Pets by arrangement.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

Where bread was served over the counter 100 years ago, you can stay in the 2023 completely renovated bakery today. Her apartment is very central, cozy and modern. Due to the bicycle basement also very suitable for cyclists. The in-house cafe is on the same level and offers a diverse selection of regional craftsmanship (closed on Sundays and holidays). Due to a change of tenant, the bakery is closed until September. The nearest bakery: 3 minutes away

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Pets are also allowed by prior arrangement. Parking in the courtyard is also possible. Shopping is right outside the front door.

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The single kitchen, small bathroom with tub, hairdryer, towels, bed linens and a bedroom/living room with smart TV are well equipped. Public parking is available on the street right in front of the house. Cafe/bakery and shopping markets are 2-5 minutes' walk away. Depending on the booking, there are 1 or 2 beds in the apartment.
