The "Hühnerhaus"

The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. We offer a 40 sqm apartment in a newly built detached house in the health resort Wolfegg, part of Molpertshaus, in an idyllic, alpine location. Molpertshaus is located 6 km from the spa town Bad Waldsee and 9 km from the spa town Bad Wurzach. The city of towers and gates Ravensburg is 19 km away, the city of Wangen in the Allgäu 25 km away. The distance to Lindau am Bodensee and Friedrichshafen is 45 km.

Our simple but functionally furnished attic studio is located in Isny, a lovely small town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometers away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.
