Good transport connections: A81 approx. 3.5 km, Marbach am Neckar 4 km, Ludwigsburg 10 km, Stuttgart 25 km. S-Bahn from Marbach to Stuttgart via Ludwigsburg. A playground is right next door. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
