The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

The apartment "alte Schmiede" is located in the attic of the "alte Schmiede" opposite the manor house. This apartment is only accessible via an external staircase, so it is not barrier-free. The small town of Hessenburg is not far from the Saaler Bodden and just a stone's throw from Fischland/Darß.

The Baltic apartment is centrally located and the ideal retreat for two people. The historic marketplace with its inviting cafés, restaurants and bars is just a 1-minute walk away. The picturesque Bodden is also within walking distance and invites you to take relaxing walks by the water. The apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: a modern bathroom, a practical kitchenette, a small dining area and a cozy sleeping area.

Das zweigeschossige Ferienhaus ist umgeben von einem sehr großen Garten mit direkten Zugang zum Bodden über einen privaten Steg. Die am Haus befindliche, große Terrasse und der Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Mit dem eigenen Kanu oder Stand-up-Paddle können Sie die Umgebung erkunden. Am Bootssteg können Sie selbstverständlich auch Angeln (Ausnahme im Mai). Auf dem grossen Grundstück befindet sich noch ein kleines Haus.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.
