You can enjoy cozy comfort all year round, complete with a terrace and sauna. Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

Enjoy a cozy getaway in the bungalow on the Devin peninsula. Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and located directly on the nature reserve, it offers tranquility and pure nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

The parking space belonging to the apartment is located directly at the house and is available to you free of charge.
