Stylish apartment in the front west awaits you. In the old building with high ceilings and a great sense of space, completely renovated and with a breathtaking view. Perfect for a short trip or a whole week. Lovingly furnished with everything you need! Including Netflix! Everything in walking distance: tram, bus, restaurants, cafes, city center. Kassel's party mile is very close, but far enough away to sleep peacefully. Ideal for two people. 3rd floor, unfortunately without elevator!!!

The closed 4-room apartment with wooden floors and loft-like character is 70 square meters and is located on the top floor of the house. You overlook the Hercules and a beautiful garden. All 3 bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the single bedroom has a bed 1.20 m wide. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc. The daylight bathroom has a shower/bathtub. A hair dryer, towels and various care products are provided.

Beautiful bright, spacious apartment at the Königstor in Kassel. The apartment has three rooms with high ceilings and is very centrally located. Right in the middle of Kassel, below the trendy district, front west with many cafes and small owner-run shops. It is also close to the endless parks of the Karlsaue River and the city center is right around the corner. The apartment is just above the King Schulz Bar, a great address for excellent cocktails.

The pretty apartment with garden is central yet quiet. Shopping and public transport are just around the corner. The Karlsaue, city center and the museum district are within walking distance. The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

Bright new apartment in an attractive location

We offer our guests a newly built and fully furnished apartment in the quiet Kassel district of Kirchditmold. This is a lovingly converted attic with a separate entrance, which was recently completed and is equipped by Holzaura. Here our guests will find a living room with integrated kitchen, shower + sink & bedroom. The toilet with sink is located separately in the apartment. Internet access (Wi-Fi) & a TV are provided.

Nice apartment in the south city.

This beautiful 1-room apartment has been newly renovated and is in the immediate vicinity of the Karlsaue, Orangery, Friedrichsplatz and the Art University. Shopping facilities are also within walking distance. The apartment is on the first floor and has private parking at front door. The cozy queen size (1.40 m x 2m) bed, accommodates two people. Our "Bauhaus" is located in the documenta city centre - all museums are in the immediate vicinity - bus and tram are 7 +- minutes away - and Karlsaue Park is also within walking distance (fantastic for joggers!). From the large terrace you can enjoy beautiful views of the city and the landmark of the city - the Hercules - our World Heritage Site!

Beautiful apartment with balcony in great location

Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.
