Die Wohnung beinhaltet 3 Zimmer: ein Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett, ein Arbeitszimmer, wo noch ein zusätzliches Bett steht, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche und Bad. Die Anbindung in die Stadtmitte ist gut, ca 10min mit der Bahn. Parken ist leider nur in der Nebenstrasse möglich

Der dritte Raum in dieser Wohnung, der Hauswirtschaftsraum, wird in den Mittagsstunden gegen 12 - 14 Uhr vom Zimmerservice aufgesucht. Die restliche Zeit sind sie ungestört in der Wohnung. Der Schlafraum Nr. 2 hat eine nicht abschließbare Schiebetür. Supermärkte, Bus und Regiotram befinden sind in ca. 300 Meter.
