Cozy and lovingly furnished separate 1.5-room apartment in the basement of our house, where we live with our children (10 and 16) and three cats. The apartment is separate from us. We only share the entrance. In the living area, there is a double sofa bed (140 × 200) and a smart TV. Private kitchen, storage room, private bathroom with toilet. Wi-Fi and parking. Guests can use a small terrace. Bus at your doorstep.

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
