Leisure activities such as cycling, hiking, climbing, canoeing and swimming are possible in the village or the surrounding area. Close to three restaurants in the village, a wine tavern about 2 km away, and several wineries and cellars with the possibility of wine tasting in the immediate vicinity. Freeway connection about 4 km, train station about 5 km, bus stop about 5 min.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.

For an idyllic excursion on foot or by bike, the Zugwiesen or Zipfelbachtal are 10 minutes away.

Reinkommen und sich Wohlfühlen! Die neu renovierte Wohnung mit Terrasse im UG eines gepflegten Einfamilienhauses ist ruhig gelegen und nur ca. 8 Gehminuten von der S-Bahnhaltestelle (S4) entfernt. (2 Haltestellen PH Ludwigsburg und 27 Minuten bis Stuttgart-Hauptbahnhof). In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim Edeka und Dönerladen. Eine Tankstelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
