The cozy and beautiful 2-room apartment can accommodate 1-3 people The location of the apartment is within walking distance of the city center, market square, town hall, castle, Blühendes Barock, fairy tale garden, train station, MHP Arena, forum, film academy, wine bars, bistros, restaurants. In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

Our apartment (85 m²) is located in a wine-growing community in the district of Ludwigsburg, right on the Neckar Valley cycle path. Leisure activities such as cycling, hiking, climbing, canoeing and swimming are possible in the village or the surrounding area. Close to three restaurants in the village, a wine tavern about 2 km away, and several wineries and cellars with the possibility of wine tasting in the immediate vicinity. Freeway connection about 4 km, train station about 5 km, bus stop about 5 min.

Das 1,5 Zimmer Apartment ist sehr ruhig und nah an Weinbergen und der Natur gelegen. Sehr schön für Spaziergänge oder zum Joggen. Dennoch ist Ludwigsburg in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und auch Stuttgart ist in 30 min zu erreichen.

Dein E- Bike kannst du bequem in der Garage aufladen, auch eine kleine Werkstatt mit Fahrradreparaturständer ist vorhanden. WEIN🍇 Direkt am Fuße des Weinberges gelegen können zu Fuß die verschiedensten Events erreicht werden .

Das Apartment verfügt über eine Schlafempore und einen kleinen Balkon (2m x 2m). Ein Schlafsofa steht zur Verfügung, sollten Sie nicht in luftiger Höhe schlafen wollen. The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
