Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein eingezäunter Hundeplatz für wöchentliches Hundetraining, der aber auch nach Absprache genutzt werden kann.

The property is spacious, green and in a quiet location, with very good connections to the transport network and the A6 highway. The region is known for numerous hiking trails in the Jagst Valley, which you can reach in a few minutes on foot. The town of Kirchberg offers a beautiful old town and a lively castle.
