2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

The renovated 3-room apartment in S-Süd offers a quiet and cozy atmosphere and is still just a 20-minute walk from the center. Alternatively, a subway station is 2 minutes away. The bathroom is newly renovated, the 2 bedrooms are equipped with large comfortable double beds, as well as new windows including electric shutters.

The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore unsuitable for children under 6 years of age.
