Fab, five bedroom Georgian house with fine sea views from most of the rooms. It's on a quiet road on the North Devon coast, ideally placed for those who enjoy the outdoors, with coastal walking on the doorstep and wonderful beaches all within easy reach (Woolacombe being the nearest surfing beach.) Perfect for those who enjoy comfort, lots of bathrooms (huge hot water cylinder), very comfortable beds and bedding. Large dining room table, perfect for family meals or large groups of friends.

Sitting on the edge of the Cairn nature reserve, 15 mins walk from the Tunnels beach and the bustling town of Ilfracombe which offers pubs, restaurants , shops and supermarkets. 2 miles from Lee Bay and 5 miles from Woolacombe Beach, a great family get away : 4 bedrooms two en-suite and a family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs kitchen/diner,large lounge, utility and toilet . Large decked area to front , sloped lawn gardens and another terrace to the rear both with open countryside views.

A thatched Semi detached part of a Devon Longhouse around 400 years old. This little quaint cottage/annex has lots of period features. The cottage is situated in a quiet area with around 45 minute drive to the sea and some beautiful North Devon beaches. A quiet simple countryside retreat. NB: No takeaways available

North Challacombe Farm is a luxury accessible and spacious 5 bedroom home set in 50 acres within Exmoor Park, with breathtaking countryside and sea views. It is a 10 minute walk from The Tarka Trail with traffic free cycling, walking and running alongside the river. The trail connects to the market town of Barnstaple and the village of Braunton with its surf shops and cafes. The Heanton Court Inn is within walking distance along the trail. Saunton Sands beach is only a 15 minute drive with its three and half miles of golden sands and surf.
