In a secluded rural setting, it is only a 20 minute stroll down the hill to the High Street and a few minutes more will take you to the picturesque harbour area. Ilfracombe benefits from free car parks/roadside parking between 6pm - 8am, alternatively, there is a regular bus service.

There is a pub - The Grampus Inn, a 2 minute walk from Seal cottage, with its delightful beer garden. There are numerous idyllic footpaths to explore Lee and much further!
