Borrow 2 supboards for a day by the sea and enjoy our outdoor terraces for both morning and dinner. We have trampoline, football goal, sandbox and playroom for the kids. Our modern and delicious kitchen invites you to cook, and if you want to go, Aarhus city center is just 5 km away (charging bike can be borrowed). In the basement there are gym, office, laundry room, TV, playstation and more.

The lease consists of two houses: "Atelieret" and "The Cabin". The studio is a nice bright room of just over 50m2 with fully equipped kitchen with fridge and service for 8 people. There is a dining table, wood-burning stove, small double bed (140), sofa group, TV with chromecast and WiFi. The "cabin" contains a double bed and a bunk (l 170) , and room for a weekend bed on the floor. There is a toilet with sink, hanging wardrobe and a work table with a view. There is a hot water shower outside the cottage behind a guard.

We rent out the lower floor of our house (100 sqm with private entrance) . The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We are located with some of Jutland's most beautiful nature right outside the door and two minutes drive to Stilling Badesø which, with its clean water with blue flag, small sandy beach and swimming bridge, is a small Mecca in the summer.

This is a very unique place to stay on one of the most quiet roads in Aarhus near the beach and forest. The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start the day with a dip or head down to the local bakery. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe and restaurant environment where you can find everything your heart desires.
