Cozy basement apartment in 50's-villa

Welcome to a nice, quiet area close to everything. The forest, Tivoli, local shops and grocery stores are all nearby. The light rail stops 5 min. from here. It will quickly take you downtown. You can also walk to get there. The apartment is in the basement with a private entrance, bathroom and (small) kitchen. Our laundry room is in the basement, but we will coordinate in advance if we need to use it (only relevant for longer stays). Fast Wifi and easy access to the highway. Free parking.

Beautiful house in beautiful natural surroundings close to Aarhus

A 3 bedroom apartment of 80 sqm with beautiful views and outdoor terrace on the ground floor . It consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 -80x200 and 2-90x200 elevation bed, a living room, bathroom with washing machine , dryer, kitchen with dishwasher , fridge , freezer, airfryer, microwave and oven. The apartment is close to Brabrand lake as well as the city of Aarhus. There is parking space in the driveway on the left . The owners live on the 1st floor but there is a separate entrance. No smoking

With just 100 meters to shopping and conveniently close to bus stops (50 meters), you can easily explore the city and enjoy everything it has to offer. Children and dogs will feel completely at home, as our home offers a well-equipped fenced garden. In addition, a playground just around the corner (50 meters). Vores skønne landejendom ligger ugenert 10 km syd for Århus C og er omgivet af Mark og skov der er adgang til gåture og oplevelser naturen i det nærliggende område. Lejligheden ligger på 1. sal i et hyggeligt frit beliggende hud og der findes egen parkerings plads ved huset. Sengelinned og håndklæder er inkluderet. Rengøring er ikke inkluderet og det forventes at lejligheden afleveres i samme stand som ved ankomst for DKK 400,- Mulighed for at oplade elbil med 11 kW el bil lader.

Charming first floor apartment with an oceanview. Perfectly located between the beautiful Marselisborg forest and the beachfront. Lots of sightseeing opportunities such as Marselisborg Palace and "The Infinite Bridge" are within walking distance. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, a balkony and a washing mashine. There is a carport for free parking. Also there is a bus stop less than two minutes away and the bus takes approx 10 minutes to reach the city center.

Basement apartment close to beach, forest and Aarhus city

If you plan to visit Aarhus and want to stay close to the city, the forest and the beach, this is the perfect place to stay. You will have your own access to a lovely basement apartment with separate bedroom, living room and bathroom. Pets are welcome, there is free parking and the possibility of an extra bed on the sofa. The apartment has no kitchen but fridge where you can store food and drink. We allow the preparation of smaller meals. Looking forward to your visit.

Nice newly renovated holiday apartment located in basement level. The apartment is equipped with 2 box mattresses as well as a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed There is a new kitchen and bathroom. Close to forest and nature. Walking distance to supermarket (Rema 1000). Large playground available a few meters from the house (Skåde Skole). Lovely viewpoint at Kattehøj hill, which is a 10min walk from the house.
