Newly renovated basement apartment with private entrance; perfect for couples and singles! Here is spacious entrance hall, a lovely kitchen with oven, half hot plate with induction, fridge/freezer and regular kitchen items. Cozy living room with sofa bed and TV corner. Sleeping weather. with double bed (can be split in two), dresser and clothes rack. Swimming room. with shower and toilet. A small weather with a dining area. Tiles in wooden look in every room. We are a family of 4 upstairs which will occasionally be heard. Free parking on the road and in the driveway.

2 room charming and very cozy apartment on the 4th floor in the heart of Aarhus, in the middle of the islands with the most beautiful views of all of Aarhus. Shops, cafes, Botanical Garden, forest and beach in a radius of 500m. In the apartment there is a cozy kitchen-living room and a combined living room/bedroom. The bed is 140cm wide. You will love the apartment due to the location, spacey balconies (one covered), the view and the modern style. It is a beautiful, new apartment (136 m2). It has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a stylish kitchen and a lovely bathroom. From every room there is a nice view. It’s fully equipped. The apartment is close to the ocean, the marina, super market, restaurants, fitness, city center etc. Allow yourself a nice swim in the ocean or walk along the marina to downtown (15 min walk).

You will come to stay on a cozy and quiet street, just a few minutes walk to both Aarhus Railway Station, Musikhuset and Strøget. The apartment consists of a bright kitchen/living room with well-functioning kitchen, dining area and sofa corner as well as a large bedroom with a King Size bed. Bright basement apartment with its own entrance. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. There are no carpets (wooden floors and tiles). There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment. TV (cable TV) in both rooms. Large garden that my guests are welcome to use. There is a terrace dedicated to guests. My little dog Futte (allergy-friendly) runs freely in the garden and likes to entertain guests. She is very fond of children.

Delicious holiday apartment in Skåde hills

Nice newly renovated holiday apartment located in basement level. The apartment is equipped with 2 box mattresses as well as a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed There is a new kitchen and bathroom. Close to forest and nature. Walking distance to supermarket (Rema 1000). Large playground available a few meters from the house (Skåde Skole). Lovely viewpoint at Kattehøj hill, which is a 10min walk from the house.
