My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Ein Badesee im Dorf ist fußgängig erreichbar - die Alte Oder, Wald, Wiesen und Felder laden zum Naturerlebnis und einfach nur "Seele baumeln lassen" ein. Direkt hinter der Scheune lädt ein großer Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grill und Feuerstelle sowie Klettergerüst, Schaukel und Sandkasten zum verweilen ein. A place outdoors with peace, white horses right on the field. The lodge has its own garden with lounge, field view, optional sauna (can be booked separately), barbecue and other amenities. We speak German, English and some French.

Das Häuschen steht im Wald, gesäumt von einer Fichte und einer Tanne. Die Einrichtung ist einfach. Es gibt einen kleinen Bereich zum Kochen - Gasherd, Kühlschrank und Küchenutensilien sind da. Ein kleines Bad mit Dusche befindet sich direkt neben dem Eingang. Im Wohnbereich steht ein Sofa, dass bei Bedarf als Schlafgelegenheit genutzt wird. Über die Treppe gelangt man auf den Schlafboden.

The house has a surrounding large terrace which has a wonderful view of the Spree and the Spree meadows.
