Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 square meters with two bedrooms

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. The chalet is located in the village center. In 5 minutes by foot you can reach: a village shop, inn, bus stop, swimming pool. It is a 15-minute walk to the river. In summer, hikes invite you to go on tours, while in winter you will find wonderful ski resorts. The free ski bus takes you there.

New, beautiful apartment in the mountains

This apartment is located at 960 m and can be reached in just 10 minutes by car from Hohenems train station. On school-free days, a bus also runs almost to the door. It is great for families and is right next to the "Kreers Alp" snack bar. The outdoor facilities are of course usable and offer space for playing in the great outdoors in addition to the barbecue area. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towel service and a hairdryer are also available free of charge.

This house is located within walking distance to the center. It is located in a quiet environment and offers plenty of space for two people. The very large terrace has a nice view. Seating and sun loungers are available. Furthermore, a carport or parking space (depending on the size of the car) is available to guests free of charge directly in front of the house during the stay. There is also a lockable basement room in the garage (e.g. for bicycles).

Holiday cottage on the sunny slope with beautiful views. After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.

Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.
