The bright, light-flooded basement can be used as a fourth bedroom with two double beds if desired. With its generous 65 m², it not only offers additional space for sleeping, but also ideal conditions for workshops, yoga, and other relaxing activities. The Loxone smart home system ensures maximum comfort by perfectly coordinating lighting and shading. A warm welcome to our home in the heart of the vibrant, lovingly renovated town centre of Hohenems. The flat is on the 2nd floor of the semi-detached house, with a view of the Schlossberg. Although it’s right in the middle of the city, there’s a quiet garden and free parking (which is otherwise charged everywhere else!) on the private property. Shops and restaurants can be found right in front of the door. Very good highway connection for excursions throughout Vorarlberg, CH and D.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Beautiful outdoor patio is available. Also there is space to keep your bicycles, ski equipment if needed.

This house is located within walking distance to the center. It is located in a quiet environment and offers plenty of space for two people. The very large terrace has a nice view. Seating and sun loungers are available. Furthermore, a carport or parking space (depending on the size of the car) is available to guests free of charge directly in front of the house during the stay. There is also a lockable basement room in the garage (e.g. for bicycles).

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The apartment is located in a 2-family house on the upper floor. There is a private entrance, parking and a carport. In a garden lounge you can really relax on warm days. It is a central starting point in the middle of the Rhine Valley for hikes and many beautiful excursions.
