A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

We offer a quaint farmhouse, born in 1834 in the Bavarian Forest, with everything you need for a great vacation. Can be booked from 5 people. We have lots of horses big & small and dogs. Great excursion destinations around the house. Our apartment is modernly furnished in the style of the forest and equipped to a high standard. The spacious living room has a bay window with built-in, cozy corner bench, spacious upholstered corner, smart LED 55" TV and a fireplace light. The kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic range and fridge-freezer combination is fully equipped. The two separate bedrooms have high-quality box-spring double beds and in the bathroom you will find a freestanding bathtub.

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.
