It is a cozy top-floor apartment (100 m²) with 3 bedrooms, living room and separate kitchen with fully equipped fitted kitchen and dining area. There are 2 bathrooms. The apartment has balconies. The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

The spacious living room has a bay window with built-in, cozy corner bench, spacious upholstered corner, smart LED 55" TV and a fireplace light. The kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic range and fridge-freezer combination is fully equipped. The two separate bedrooms have high-quality box-spring double beds and in the bathroom you will find a freestanding bathtub.
