Where bread was still handed over the counter 100 years ago, you can now stay in the bakery, which was completely renovated in 2023. Your apartment is very central, cozy and modern. Also very suitable for cyclists due to the bicycle cellar. The in-house café is on the same level and offers (closed on Sundays and public holidays) a diverse selection of regional craftsmanship. In the morning, let yourself be enchanted by the wonderful scent of fresh rolls from the bakery in the house.

Where the fox and rabbit say "good night," our 3 small wooden huts are located on the Weserradweg between the center of Wahmbeck and the town of Bad Karlshafen. Our cabins are intended for people looking for a special place to stay for a short time. Each cottage for 2 people is 3 × 3 meters and very lovingly and comfortably furnished. Vacation room "Bat Cave" in the beautiful Gelbachtal

Our children have now flown the nest and we don't want to share the beautiful home with just the bats. We live in the romantic Gelbachtal between Westerwald and Taunus. Hikers and cyclists have now discovered the great location of the place. Our peaceful Gelbach flows into the Lahn very close by. Not far away are the towns of Nassau and Bad Ems (Bad Emser thermal baths only 20 minutes away). Our place is located on beautiful footpaths and bike paths.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
