Studio apartment at the foot of Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einem denkmalgeschützen Haus mitten in der Fußgängerzone von Bad Hersfeld. Die Wohnung ist ca. 60 qm groß und wurde gerade komplett saniert und hochwertig eingerichtet. Vom Wohnzimmer aus haben Sie einen wunderbaren Blick über die gute Stube Bad Hersfelds, den Linggplatz. Die Küche ist neu und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein bequemes Boxspringbett. Neben dem Bad mit bodentiefer Dusche gibt es noch eine zusätzliches Gäste-WC.

The quiet and very central apartment on the 3rd floor is newly furnished and offers a unique view of the Stiftruine, the city center/market square and the city church. Relax and leave the car behind, because all shops and restaurants are within walking distance; as well as the spa gardens, Schildepark and Jahnpark. Every Tuesday and Friday there is a weekly market with merchants and goods from the region. Direct connection to the A4/A5/A7 and beautiful bike paths in the area

I rent a room in the historic half-timbered house in Friedewald, about 12 km from the spa and festival town of Bad Hersfeld. In the immediate vicinity of the A4, the accommodation is still quietly located. Dear potential guests: Whether you are passing through, for a short break or for longer - our spacious, comfortable apartment Elli is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - e.g. on the balcony with a panoramic view. In the village, there is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and good gastronomy - around it a lot of forest. Our cafe has breakfast on weekdays from 6 or 7 o'clock on weekends.

The property is located in a small, 750 year old village, near the town of Borken (Hessen). We are located in the heart of Hessen, close to the center of Germany. There are no shopping facilities in the village. In Borken and Frielendorf (both 6 km away), you will find possibilities to shop. Our village is surrounded by woods and invites you to go hiking.
