Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

In Sythen you will find everything your vacationer's heart needs, from a supermarket and snack bars to an Italian restaurant and an ice cream parlor. In the summer months, our small but beautiful outdoor pool is also open. The well-known and always well-attended Silbersee with its gastronomy is within walking distance of the apartment. The train station is 2 km from our apartment.

The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

The apartment is located in a well-kept house on a quiet street in the Bochum city park district near downtown. The 42 square meter apartment with a smart TV, fast WiFi and shared washing machine was renovated a year ago and completely refurnished. 2 minutes to the mining museum and U-Bahn stop (U35 directly to the university & to Herne).
