The location is very central and the Herner city center as well as Recklinghausen, Castrop-Rauxel, Dortmund and Bochum are within easy reach. The apartment with 42 sqm is for your own use and is located in an apartment building in a busy 30 km/h zone.

A bright, lovingly furnished attic apartment (2nd floor) in an old Steigerhaus (former foreman’s house from the mining era) – once part of a mining site, now surrounded by woods and meadows. A cozy home away from home for up to two people. The apartment is accessible via a comfortably wide spiral staircase. If you don’t like dogs, this isn’t the right place for you – they’re part of our family. That’s why dogs are, of course, very welcome in our holiday apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave and kettle. In the bathroom, a shower, tub and washing machine are available for you. The rooms are individually lockable. Bed linen and towels are of course provided. An iron and hairdryer are also provided.

Here in Velbert, in the beautifully situated Deilbachtal, we offer an approx. 60 sqm single holiday home for 2 people, directly by the forest. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom with a 180 x 200 box spring bed and is heated with underfloor heating. The living space consists of a living room with 2 sofas, TV and a dining area directly opposite the kitchen.

It is a renovated, newly furnished apartment, which with the size of 150 square meters offers enough space and retreats for families as well as friendly couples who want to explore our Ruhr area. Quiet and well-behaved pets are also welcome, but please ask when booking. Smoking and parties are not allowed. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds. We do not accept more than 6 guests.
