We have 2 wonderful apartments, in a quiet location overlooking forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m to the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

Genieße einfachen Zugang zu allem von dieser perfekt gelegenen Unterkunft aus. Den Sonnenstrand erreichst Du in einem ca. 5-8 min. Spaziergang. Weitere interessante Orte wie z.B. die Ostsee Therme, die Seebrücke, die Promenade, verschiedenste Gastronomie und Geschäfte sind nah und bequem erreichbar. Die Kurtaxe, Bettwäsche- und Handtücher sind für eine schöne, entspannte Zeit im Buchungsendpreis bereits enthalten. Zur Unterhaltung ist auf dem TV ein Netflix Konto freigeschaltet.

Whether for a few days by the sea alone, with friends or with family: the apartment is for any kind of vacation thanks to its bright, friendly furnishings, the cozy, partly open layout and the sun balcony at the open kitchen. In the sunny conservatory, a sofa bed invites you to read or rest, in the small enclosed bedroom, large or small can sleep through and the spacious double bed in the open living/dining area invites everyone to rest or watch TV.

Our holiday home is located directly in the middle between the Bansiner and Heringsdorfer Seebrücke. As an long-established Heringsdorfer family – our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – we have a tradition of hosting and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

Apartment Ahlbeck – 250 m to the sea

The apartment can accommodate three people and is in a quiet yet central location, about 250m from the beach and boardwalk. Here you will enjoy the perfect combination of recreation and proximity to everything you need for a pleasant stay – from cozy cafes to restaurants to shops. You can enjoy the tranquility, but at the same time are quickly in the middle of the action and on the beach to make the most of your Baltic Sea vacation. 🌊✨

We offer a newly built and spacious attic apartment/loft with sauna and fireplace for up to 7 people in the centre of the seaside resort of Bansin in 2018. The property has 2 roof terraces (smaller terrace overlooking the sea) and an open living-dining area with a large gas fireplace and designer kitchen. At a distance of 400 m you will find the beach promenade and the beach as well as smaller shopping and restaurants .

Romantic hideaway in a class of its own Arched by a historic brick ceiling, the cozy nest is located on the garden level of Villa Meeresstern, a historic, landmarked building from the century before last. The unique, recently renovated premises – consisting of a large living-sleeping loft, kitchen, full bathroom and separate wardrobe - offer a fascinating mix of historical and contemporary that will delight design fans.

The 75 m² apartment in the attic of "Schloss Hohenzollern" offers plenty of space for up to 5 people. The apartment offers a fantastic panoramic view over the rooftops of Ahlbeck with the numerous historic villas from the imperial era. It has a cozy living and dining area and is very individually and lovingly furnished. There are 2 separate bedrooms and an open sleeping area with another sleeping space.

The vacation rental is located right in the center of Ahlbeck (shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity). It is about 200 m to the beach. The apartment is fully equipped (bed linen, towels, kitchen appliances except oven and dishwasher). In the outdoor area, a general sitting area can be used. Parking at the house can be booked additionally.
