That was our dream which came true with this beautiful 3-room flat in the seaside town Ahlbeck.

We have 2 wonderful apartments, in a quiet location overlooking forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m to the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

As an long-established Heringsdorfer family – our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – we have a tradition of hosting and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

The apartment can accommodate three people and is in a quiet yet central location, about 250m from the beach and boardwalk. Here you will enjoy the perfect combination of recreation and proximity to everything you need for a pleasant stay – from cozy cafes to restaurants to shops. The vacation rental is located right in the center of Ahlbeck (shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity). It is about 200 m to the beach. The apartment is fully equipped (bed linen, towels, kitchen appliances except oven and dishwasher). In the outdoor area, a general sitting area can be used. Parking at the house can be booked in addition. The apartment is on the 1st floor of an apartment complex.
