Unser Traum ist mit dieser wunderschönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Seebad Ahlbeck wahr geworden. Wake up, quickly run the 100 m to the beach for a refreshing swim before having breakfast on the sunny balcony and start the day with a coffee! That was our dream which came true with this beautiful 3-room flat in the seaside town Ahlbeck.

Die zahlreichen Einkaufs-möglichkeiten, Boutiquen, Restaurants und Touristeninformationen erreichen Sie bequem zu Fuß.Die Fewo ist 45m² gross und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer,Wohnküche mit Essbereich und Schlafcouch,Duschbad und einer Terrasse mit Loungemöbeln und viel Sonne.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

As an long-established Heringsdorfer family – our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – we have a tradition of hosting and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

We offer a newly built and spacious attic apartment/loft with sauna and fireplace for up to 7 people in the centre of the seaside resort of Bansin in 2018. The property has 2 roof terraces (smaller terrace overlooking the sea) and an open living-dining area with a large gas fireplace and designer kitchen. At a distance of 400 m you will find the beach promenade and the beach as well as smaller shopping and restaurants .

The apartment offers a fantastic panoramic view over the rooftops of Ahlbeck with the numerous historic villas from the imperial era. It has a cozy living and dining area and is very individually and lovingly furnished. There are 2 separate bedrooms and an open sleeping area with another sleeping space.

The cozy living area with couch shares the tasteful space with a custom-made and fully equipped kitchen. In the luxurious bathroom you will enjoy the comfort of a spacious walk-in shower. The double bed has a size of 180 x 200 cm.

The apartment "Kon-Tiki" is ideal for two people. Through the sofa bed, stays of three people are possible. The apartment is about 90 m from the beach. You can walk to the cliffside of Bansin in a few minutes. Also within walking distance are: shopping, cafes, restaurants, restaurants, as well as the Promenade. Just leave the car and enjoy the surroundings stress-free.
