At the same time, you are only about 600 m to the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information are within easy walking distance. The apartment is 35 m² with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a lovely terrace with lounge furniture.

On the upper floor, the conservatory-like porch porch is to be highlighted. This can be opened by vertical sliding windows and used like a loggia.
