The apartment has 5 rooms (3 double beds, 8 single beds) and a Mongolian yurt (1 double bed, 2 single beds), two bathrooms with five showers, three toilets, a bathtub, outdoor pool, sauna, huge living room (70 square meters) and 'Glashaus' kitchen (65 square meters). Everything is newly built and designed. If you want to enjoy peaceful and relaxing days with family, families or a group, you're in the right place.

Berlin Wannsee Estate

If you like it quiet and close to nature, but still want to have the cities of Berlin and Potsdam around the corner, this is the right place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs, there is the bedroom with a single bed and a king-size bed. We live next door, so there's no problem with keys. The time of arrival doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Free parking, including for lorries. Pets welcome.

The holiday apartment is in a 120-year-old brick coach house. It has an unobstructed view to the south towards the Havelland. On the ground floor, there is an eat-in kitchen with a sofa bed, a terrace and a private garden. On the first floor, there is the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views, and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 sqm. Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 sqm) can be rented in addition. Three more people can stay there.

A fireplace in the living room with cross vault, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, shower & toilet as well as a guest toilet are spread over 3 floors and over 100 square meters. The sun terrace is my 2nd living room: Eat comfortably outside or relax in the lounge corner with a glass of wine – just enjoy life.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

This wonderful new 120 m² loft/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (a quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means you can also book a private boat tour of Berlin with me at any time.

90qm apartment by the water & castle max 5 people

We like to welcome you in our lovely renovated apartment.It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (ca 90qm) The center can be reached in 10min, Potsdam is 50min away, Berlin ca 90min. Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

Vacation home incl. hot tub evening in Fläming

Rurally located in the small village of Grebs in Hoher Fläming 45 minutes southwest of Berlin. The large communal garden offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Of course, we also have a pool and hot tub (outside covered) and it is included. Please contact us beforehand. 😊

Comfortable home directly at Sanssouci Park - no.1

In beautiful Potsdam and its often even more beautiful backyards you will find our new house with its two apartments Elise and Charlotte. Here you book one of the two apartments, which are almost identical. The apartment is 52 sqm large, has an 11 sqm terrace and is completely furnished. Due to the backyard location and the view into the greenery, relaxation is guaranteed despite the capital city flair.

As a professional violinist, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish Baroque elements from the origins of the house are combined with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to preserve as much of the original substance as possible. Warning for large adults: A low ceiling beam from 1775 crosses the room.

Looking for a place to slow down? Then come to Vieritz. You can relax in our small and cozy old country house. Enjoy the scenery by bike or a boat on the Havel. We have a children's playground on our farm. There are plenty of animals to pet (cats, sheep, rabbits) or watching (stork couple). Our hens are also happy to lay fresh eggs for breakfast. The price includes a 15.5% Airbnb fee for hosts.
