Your own vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Blue holiday apartment in Görne, Havelland

Unsere blaue Ferienwohnung mit Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer und modernem Bad lädt ein, zur Ruhe zu kommen und es sich gemütlich zu machen. Die Wohnung bietet ein bequemes Boxspringbett für 2 Personen und eine hochwertige Schlafcouch für 2 weitere Personen. Sobald das Wetter es zulässt, gibt es vor der Wohnung eine Sitzgelegenheit. Wer arbeiten möchte, hat mit einem Glasfaseranschluss gute Vorraussetzungen. Direkt nebenan in der grünen Ferienwohnung ist ebenfalls Platz für 2-4 Personen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer 120 Jahre alten Backstein-Remise. Sie hat freien Blick nach Süden ins Havelland. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Terrasse und eigenem Garten. Im ersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, ein Balkon mit Panoramablick und das Badezimmer mit einladender Dusche. Fläche (ohne Aussenanlagen): 40qm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

The Rooms with a View apartment sits with unobstructed views of the Havel River and Naturpark Westhavelland, a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Full kitchen, toilet with shower, private entrance, & more. Beach, 150m away, full use of garden.

Für exzessive Partys ist unser Hof leider nicht geeignet. Unser Haus wurde ca. 1850 erbaut. Wohnhaus & Scheune des denkmalgeschützten 3-Seiten-Hofs sind im Eichen-Fachwerk errichtet. Um das Haus stehen 10 Hochzeitslinden. Im November, wenn die Linden zurückgeschnitten sind, ist das Haus in seiner ganzen Pracht zu sehen. Ab Mai verschwindet es dann langsam hinter schattenspendendem Blätterwerk, und bleibt so den ganzen Sommer über herrlich kühl...

Treat yourself to a break in your own camper, caravan, or tent while staying under the stars, in nature, in the middle of agricultural surroundings. Whether you're just passing through, or want to stay longer, you've come to the right place. You have access to two well-maintained bathrooms with a shower and hot water. The Dosse is a 2-minute walk away and the area invites you to take long walks. Your dogs are allowed free of charge.

During the day, you can explore nature by bike or on foot or visit cities such as Neuruppin and Rheinsberg. The well-known "Storchendorf" Linum is the neighboring village. Sauna and fireplace evenings or the quiet terrace and the idyllic garden complete a day in nature.

Centrally located and within walking distance of the stud farm. Ideal for tournament and course participants at the main and state stud farms as well as for vacationers who want to discover the varied surroundings.
