Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

We offer a cozy 2-room apartment with wonderful mountain views in a converted farm on the outskirts of Bernau. The farm is in a quiet and fantastic location. In the north is Lake Chiemsee, in the south the mountains. Direct connection to the hiking trails to Chiemgauer Almen. Alter Salinweg / Kampenwand / Gedererwand 5 minutes by bike and 15 minutes walking to the town center. 15 minutes by bike and 10 minutes by car to Lake Chiemsee.

Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.
