NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Our apartment is located in Grassau within walking distance of the town center as well as the beautiful golf course and its surrounding nature. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity. The nearest train stations are Bernau and Übersee. We are very much looking forward to seeing you!

Willkommen im sagenhaft-schönen weltbekannten Chiemgau,  Nahe am Chiemsee an den Alpen- bei Reit im Winkel und Österreichs Skigebieten, zwischen den Bergen Hochplatte und Hochgern,  wo die " Tiroler Achen" in Richtung Chiemsee fließt, liegt der schöne Luftkurort Marquartstein, genau hier sind wir als Gastgeberfamilie zuhause. Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! With a lot of personal effort and passion, the apartment "Zum Lenei" was newly built in 2023. The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. The large balcony offers a perfect view of the Chiemgau mountains and beautiful sunsets. The apartment is suitable for families, couples and groups of up to 6 people.

The spacious corner balcony with mountain views is suitable for extended breakfasts and dinners.

Unsere charmanten Ferienwohnungen mit direktem Seezugang und Liegewiese sind der perfekte Rückzugsort für Ruhesuchende und Naturfreunde. Unser "Schwalbennesterl" mit 50 m² bietet zwei Schlafzimmer, eine separate Küche, ein großzügiges Wohn- und Esszimmer, Badezimmer (plus Gäste-Toilette), einen Balkon mit atemberaubendem Blick auf Chiemsee und Berge. Ideal für 4 Personen.

Open, inviting & visually separated. The large light-flooded living and sleeping area invites you to linger. In the living area there are two couches that can be converted into sofa beds at any time. Thus, there are FOUR sleeping places. The large balcony with loungers and parasol offers a magnificent alpine panorama over the rooftops of Grassau to the Hochplatte.

Our apartment in the attic with two balconies gives you the opportunity to look into the mountains or towards the sunset. The sloping ceilings give the apartment a, as we put it, 'griabi' charm, but still watch your head ;) Since the apartment is located in the attic, climbing stairs over 3 floors is required.

The house on Salinenweg is located in the middle of the center of Grassau in a totally quiet location in the middle of an old overgrown garden. This is available to the tenants. The house is a listed building and has been completely renovated.
