Extension d’une ancienne ferme au cœur de Gouville, la maison a été entièrement rénovée par nos soins grâce à une technique ancestrale locale utilisant la terre du Cotentin; sa couleur ocre profonde apporte une sensation de cocon. La terre crue est un matériau 100% naturel et recyclable à l'infini, qui a ses imperfections mais qui fait le charme de la maison. Je serai ravie de vous y accueillir et vous conseiller les balades menant à la plage, ainsi que les producteurs locaux.

Beautiful wooden house of 50m2, very bright and soothing Wifi (fibre). Accessible to PRM. THE HOUSE - Open kitchen equipped (LV, LL) - Living room : TV with Netflix, south facing bay window opening onto a terrace, pleasant fixed frame with bench facing east - Bedroom : queen size bed 160x200 or 2 beds 80x200 (new bedding), office space - Bathroom : Large Italian shower (160x90) 1km from the sea and the famous cabins, and 1km from the shops.

Beach side

We are less than 100 m from the sea, the apartment is located on the ground floor with a private garden. It is 30 m2 and consists of a main room, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The accommodation has been completely renovated, floors, paintings, etc... and passionate about flea markets, decoration and DIY, we keep making improvements. Listening to feedback from our guests, we just put in a new mattress.

Small cocoon located in Anneville-sur-Mer in the heart of a quiet hamlet 1.2km from the sea. It has been completely renovated for you to have a pleasant stay. Ideal for 2 people, it can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed. Located between Mer and Bocage on the Côte des Havres. 14km from Coutances, 1 hour from the landing beaches and Mont-Saint-Michel. Vacation rental classified 3 stars.

35 m2 refurbished studio, 100 meters from the beach and its cabins. Very nice, pleasant, easy to live in. It consists of a kitchen area, bedroom area, beautiful living room with TV, Wi-Fi, desk and bathroom (towels and sheets are provided). The studio opens onto a terrace with garden furniture.
