A cosy little house

Extension d’une ancienne ferme au cœur de Gouville, la maison a été entièrement rénovée par nos soins grâce à une technique ancestrale locale utilisant la terre du Cotentin; sa couleur ocre profonde apporte une sensation de cocon. La terre crue est un matériau 100% naturel et recyclable à l'infini, qui a ses imperfections mais qui fait le charme de la maison. Je serai ravie de vous y accueillir et vous conseiller les balades menant à la plage, ainsi que les producteurs locaux.

A 2km de la mer et des magnifiques plages de sable et à 500m des commerces, dans une rue calme cet appartement neuf tout équipé de 46m2, saura vous séduire. Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme et élégant qui se trouve en prolongement de notre maison. L'appartement se compose d'une cuisine équipée, un séjour, une salle de bain et une chambre à l'étage. Beach side

We are less than 100 m from the sea, the apartment is located on the ground floor with a private garden. It is 30 m2 and consists of a main room, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The accommodation has been completely renovated, floors, paintings, etc... and passionate about flea markets, decoration and DIY, we keep making improvements. Listening to feedback from our guests, we just put in a new mattress.

Living room with large bay window, open to a fully equipped kitchen. 2 comfortable bedrooms: one bedroom overlooking the terrace through a bay window with a 160 bed and a second bedroom with two 90 beds that can optionally be brought together. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet.
