Apartment facing south in the city center facing the fishing port of Granville, exceptional view, on the second floor without elevator access. Very clear, this apartment has 4 windows on the harbour which gives an impression of a living painting from anywhere. The large central room is separable by sliding door which allows to create a sleeping space in addition to the independent bedroom of the kitchen/dining room. We have completely renovated this apartment.

Very bright with 2 large skylights, one of which offers a beautiful view of Plat Gousset beach, the other of the pedestrian street. Loft of 30 m2, on the 3rd floor by stairs, well arranged with entrance, bathroom, kitchen, table with sea view, bedroom area and small living room.

Bright T1 apartment on the 3rd floor (WITHOUT LIFT) of a small peaceful building with breathtaking views of the port of Granville. Free parking in front of the building. Nearby restaurants. The city center with all shops is 300 m walk and the beach is 8 mins as well as the thalassotherapy center. Granville station is 15mm walk but possibility to take the free Neva bus lines. Mont Saint Michel is 46 km by car (by bus: line 308 in summer)
