Nice atypical 22 m² studio, located on the ground floor, not overlooked, offering an entrance with closet, living room with equipped kitchenette, shower room. This studio is partially underground. Private parking space. Small outside. 200 m from all the shops of Saint Pair/Mer and 50 from the beach. Between the cliffs of Carolles and the tip of Granville, our house is located in Jullouville, in a very quiet path leading to the sea (50 m). (Ideal for families with kids). We welcome you to a renovated house that can accommodate 6 people with 2 bedrooms and a beautiful south-facing terrace. An ideal holiday location close to the bay of Mont Saint Michel, Granville with its departures to the Chausey Islands, Jersey and Guernsey and 1 hour from Saint-Malo.

In Saint le Thomas (between Granville and Avranches), close to the beach with views of Mont Saint-Michel and the Champeaux cliffs Quiet and relaxing location Cabin with everything you need to cook and sleep comfortably (you will find 2 real beds made on arrival / sheets and towels provided) Check-ins are between 4pm and 7pm but we know how to adapt. You can park your car next to the cabin. Nightly rental (except July August 2 nights minimum)

Bright T1 apartment on the 3rd floor (WITHOUT LIFT) of a small peaceful building with breathtaking views of the port of Granville. Free parking in front of the building. Nearby restaurants. The city center with all shops is 300 m walk and the beach is 8 mins as well as the thalassotherapy center. Granville station is 15mm walk but possibility to take the free Neva bus lines. Mont Saint Michel is 46 km by car (by bus: line 308 in summer)
