Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

You have at your disposal a living room with a box spring couch sleeping function (very comfortable, no back pain), here you will also find a mobile workspace and an adjoining balcony (incl. Balcony furniture), the bathroom incl. Tub, the hallway, and the fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is a complete non-smoking apartment and animals are not allowed as I am severely allergic. Deep garage space is included in the price.

Cozy 1 room apartment in the rear courtyard with kitchen and bathroom. View of the courtyard garden. Centrally located at the Schäfersee, a 2-minute walk to the U8 subway Franz-Neumann-Platz. It is 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz and Mitte and 15 minutes to Kreuzberg by train. Very good connection by bus 128 to Tegel airport, especially good, since easyJet now also lands and takes off in Tegel :-)

The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. Newly renovated apartment at Charlottenburg Castle

We offer a very nice, newly renovated flat close to the garden of the Charlottenburg castle. You stay in a separate 50qm-part of our large apartment with your own entrance, living-kitchen, bath, living-floor and 1 sleep-living room in an old 1906 building. Children are welcome . Charlottenburg-castle is very close with it's wonderfull garden. A perfect place for couples (with one child).

Welcome to the attic, bright and spacious, accessible via a (narrow) spiral staircase (unfavorable for people with walking difficulties). With open well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a friendly workspace. Working and living with connection to the capital - cozy 1-room apartment in a quiet location. 3 minutes walk to the bus, about an hour by bus and train to the city of Berlin. Great connection by car to the A100 and the A24. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance.
